Ararat (Masis)

  Ararat is a dead volcano mountain with two peaks. The large peak (Masis) has 5165 metres height, and the small one (Sis) has 3925 metres height. Ararat or Masis is the highest mountain of historical Armenia, now in Turkey. Ararat was also called "Noi , Nahapet 's mountain" (MONTE DEL' ARCA DI NOE). Its longitude is orer 130 kilometres, occupies an area of 1200 quadrate km.
